Cup rear spoiler fixing screws

Just taken delivery of a cup rear spoiler kit and noticed that the M6 cap head screws in the kit look too short, anyone recommend using slightly longer ones??

Which ones? The self tappers that go through the underside of the boot? DONT USE LONGER ONES OF THESE, they will push through the spoiler
 
Yes they are too short. U need some m8 threaded rod some washes and locking nuts.
 
No it's the Clio cup spoiler, would the m8 stud diameter be too large for the threaded inserts that are moulded into the spoiler?
