Dealing with sun stroke

Well yesterday and today I think I over done it with the sun at the momment I can't stop shaking u think having auburn hair I would have realised by now to stay out the sun my god it bloody hurts. Anyone ever experienced sun stroke and how did they deal with it

Very true mate but took the misses and the wee man to the beach. Bloody cant stop shaking right now

5 n' half hours on the golf course today. Soon as I get back in I down as much water as I can until I feel like puking.

I'm no doctor but would suggest lots of water and a very cool bath to lower your core body temp.
