door trims

How are these fastend on? clips or glue? the trim that runs from the rear quarter panel to the front of the door, its black on a cup car

They clip on, usually sliding into place. I think there is a securing screw on the inside of the door too that needs removing first.

on my old clio I used to be able to slide them from the front of the car back using a sock with a block of softwood and a hammer.
