them are loud yes...
but my 197 is more loud so i can't hear the tyre sound.... :lol:

noddie next time you'll remove tyre, can you check the internal disc surface?
mine are like new at external and medium used at internal surface....:001_unsure:
 
Here my old disc vs a new disc after 20oookm (17ooo made with CL rc5), all track day from 4year..
Thin is not low but the problem was another..

When my AP Racing discs were at the end of their life the inside was more worn than the outside.

Though the fractures on yours don't look to good, maybe try another pad thats better matched to the disc ?
 
If you watch, also new disc are thicker ouside..
Inside 7mm
Outside 8mm
Total 28.5mm

For the pads... Can be normal, 3 an half years.. Many times heated on track..

yesterday we thought to another case that can ruin the inside... the bolt of the caliper need 170 N.m!
if we not give 170N.m maybe the caliper flexes and consume inside part...

it's only an hypothesis.....
