Did you use a fitting kit?

If I don't have a fitting kit will they fit okay without or would something like double sided sticky tape do the same job?

Mine just came with double sided tape at the one end, but iver a period of time came loose so cleaned off the old stuff and put in some cut up number plate sticky pads worked a treat
