Anyone else had problems with them ?

Paid for goods - got the delivered within a couple of days.

Now been three days since i sent my VCI unlock code, and despite repeat emails nothing back

Not happy that i've spent £200 on a box of bits i cannot use.

Anyone else waited to get there unlock and tune from them ??

He responded within 24 hours for me. Try emailing him again; he may have forgotten about/missed your first email.

Mine was sorted within a day or so. I got given the wrong unlock code first but still all sorted very quick.
