Fitting rubber trims...

I'm sure this has been covered before but I've got a couple of replacement trims for theseals between the rear window and the door shut...does anyone know the best way of fitting these...?? It seems that the sticky bit almost goes behind the windom...am i better off therefore using a flat-head screwdriver to lever it into position??

Use a credit card not a flat head screw driver!
Just rip them off use some tar remover to clean up excess sticky stuff, then push new one in then place credit card behind and lever it up to press against window, bingo!!
