have to be careful with garages, as a full service to you means something different to garaged.

No it was in the deal when I bought the car that they would give it a new MOT and a full service. They even stamped the book to say it was done. The air filter was just as shabby should of checked that before I drive the car away, must of been to excited!

I would go back and choose a time to loudly complain when the garage is busy
