Grinding/rattle when taken off?

Hi guys,

I do a good few trackdays with the clio but I've found this slight rattle coming from the car when taken off. Now the top damper on the left hand side seems a bit loose but i also find it hard to get third gear sometimes.

Any suggestions?

Worth changing the gearbox oil for def.

I had a strange rattle that seemed to be coming from the front left damper. Funnily enough I put new dampers and springs on the back and the rattle has gone. Not saying its the same thing but rattles don't always come from where you hear them...

oil was only done but i will do it again.. what would you suggest for a daily/trackday car
