GW 200 + Magic Hour = Mixed results

Lovely evening tonight so took advantage of the light to get some pics up in the hills. Unfortunately my camera isn't the greatest with low light (even with tripod and timer to avoid shake) but these four came out ok:

In this situation you can either throw money at new equipment or accept what you have and make the best of it. Obviously I'll be buying a new camera! :smiley:
 
Catch the right evening and you can get some beautiful effects e.g:

To take them does need quite a big aperture though unless you rack up the ISO which usually ruins them a bit.

Nice photos though and a nice car :smile:
 
Mate, the photos aren't bad! I like the first one!

Just play around with where the light's coming from. The car is a bit dark in the last 2 shots.

What gear are you using?

I've seen this car in Tescos car park in Broughton a few times, it's very nice! Great pics, I'd be happy with any of them.

Cloned out the people in the bg
Cloned out the telegraph poles
Cloned out road sign
Slightly reduced reflections on side window (not got a CPL yet!)

Shadows +21
Blacks -20
Clarity +15
Saturation +10
Sharpening amount 18
Vignette amount -20
