Headlight Manual Adjustment

Hi. Does anyone know if there is manual adjustment on a 197 projector headlight?
Even on its highest setting on the dashboard control mine are still a bit lower than I'd like.

What kind of lights do you have? Projector ones or?

The projector ones can be manually adjusted.

Yes projector lights. I can see a single screw . Assume that is the adjuster
