Help, pls. Fuel door doesn't open.

I 've tried to unlock/lock several times the "door" but it doesn't "pop" open. I also checked the manual but i didn't see any reference. There is, also, too little fuel inside the car and the authorized service is far away.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. It seems that is there is no pull ring mechanism...

You have to rip out the inside of the boot on the right hand side, above the arch. On the inside you can see the solenoid and it has a little bit you can pull upwards to release the fuel flap.

If the fuel flap doesn't open your solenoid is broken so you need a new one. 20 minutes work for yourself and 45quid for the part.
