Lowering springs

Where is the best place to get lowering springs for a 197?

Depends what kind of drop you're looking / comfort of ride.

If I remember correctly; Eibach lower the car 20mm/25mm, Cook Sport lower the car 30mm/30mm and H&R lower the car 30mm/40mm. Do a search as there's numerous threads with pic requests etc.

I'm looking at 40/30 would be best
