197: P14 ORN's previous owner?

Just wondering if the owner of the black 197 I have bought is on here?

Was the P**ORN thing deliberate? Do I need to check the seats with a UV light?

(The salesman said it was owned by a P. Horn)

Ah, because I'm pretty sure I saw this plate on a black 197 not too long ago in Sunderland, whacked a thread up but nobody replied. I lolled at the plate
