Piston wont go back in

replaced 1 side but the passenger side piston on the rear wont go back in..any advice much appreciated...

you using the wind-back tool???

make sure the hand brake lever on the caliper is fully back against its stop (on the caliper) ie fully off for the handbrake

press like mad if your hand isnt aching then your not pushing hard enough

Yeah, push and twist - all at the same time. It's easier with the proper tool rather than pliers ,can get more weight behind it.

Providing it goes straight in, some force is normally needed to help it home.

thanks guys..it's done..had to get a c-clamp to help it back in..but not doing this again..have my mechanic do it for me next time..hands covered in blisters..
