This was in the Argus paper the other day, but the plans are to be in Ebbw Vale not Cardiff. Lots and lots of meetings going on at the moment about it.

There was a story a few months back of a welsh nurburgring, i think this might be the same one.
Would be good but i can't imagine health and safety people letting bikes and cars out at the same time
