What would you guys recommend as the maximum tyre stretch round a 17" speedline alloy? Currently running 215 Continental Sport Contact 3 but I want to go onto a lower profile tyre, just looking for suggestions whilst I shop around?

Do you mean stretch as in width or profile being hight?

I wouldnt venture much narrower than a 215 or you will be reducing your contact area with the road,

Stretch is in height wouldnt think to go lower than 215

Lower profile will make the wheels look too small in the arch IMO.

Also, any change in profile is going to affect your speedo accuracy
