Rear badge on clio gt with keyless entry

Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before (can't see anything if it has). I have a clio gt with keyless entry and I want to wrap the badges. So my question is... How do I remove them? Especially the rear as it has the button in the centre.

Most people use badge covers which just slip over the top of the original one and stick on with double sided tape.
