Recaro Seat Base replacement

Just got one from the Bay of Plenty and now need to find out how hard it is to fit, does the whole seat have to come out? airbags etc.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Unclip the connected under the seat, undo the 4 torque screws 3 on each runner and out the seat comes, careful cos it weighs a ton

Dont have to take the complete seat out at all......the base comes out on its own.....get on your knees and have a good look under your seat you will see 4 allen bolts in each corner,screwing up into the under side of the seat base,size 8 i think,undo these,remove the clips holding the wiring to the seat base and out will come the base section...took me 10 minutes
