Renault Customer Service Stars

Hi all,

Thought I would post this up, just seen from another website that Renault have started to put their sale's and customer service feedback on each of their dealerships.

www.Renault.co.uk

And just find your local dealer via postcode.

Just had a quick look at the dealer I used to use... Nearly all 5 stars... LOL!

Im suprised my local dealer managed to get 3 stars, the service department is run by the missing link. I will stick up for parts and sales though top blokes.

I'm really surprised my local dealership is nearly five stars after all the trouble i've had with my car with them.

....tosh.....any member of staff can log in a write these things.....my local has five stars for everything.....tosh...

Couldnt agree more... The experience at the dealer that supplied my car has certainly never done anything to suggest any of it's reviews are genuine!

I love the fact all of you are complaining but have any of you left negative feedback on the website??

I recently left a review of my local dealership and gave the sales staff praise but complained about the service department and their follow up service, inability to call me before i have to chase them up.

The reason all the dealerships have 4/5 stars is because people cant be bothered to make a complaint or leave poor feedback.

So instead of complaining in here get on the phone or email of a review of where ever you have had dealings with and maybe the website will be a little more realistic.

Some of us haven't yet had the joys of the Renault Dealership experience - and i'll try my best for this to continue by using trusted specialists - so get off your high horse please

At what point was i on a "high horse"? :bye2:

Don`t complain about something being incorrect if you have made no effort to correct it.

Or if you have had no experience of it don`t bother commenting. Simple.

No high horse involved just common sense.

Oh and one other thing, if your stupid enough to get your car serviced by Renault thats your own fault.

I didn't mean to come across as a tw*t - apologies:thumbup:

I will inevitably have to face the chaos, disorder and plain silly department know as the 'Parts' desk at my local dealership soon - at which point I will be rating - most likely negatively:lol:

*Edit - I will not be using Renault to service my car, hence the previous post saying i'll be using trusted specialists such as BTM and Birchdown  *
