Silver or Black

Got my wheels in for a full refurb on Wednesday but still cant decide on colour. Heart says black but head says silver. I will be selling up soon so want to make sure I don't put prospective buyers off by going black. Cars ultra red, any advice?

if your selling i would go for black
red with black wheels look so nice

silver is ok on silver cars
my opinion only
cant wait to have mine black

If you are selling then silver, or the standard colour. I'd like anth on my Ultra though.

I'd say that anthracite would be a good compromise, as alot of 197's have them most people would probably view it as standard

Resprayed wheels in an ad says to me "all my wheels were kerbed so I had to have them painted before advertising my car".

Do them the original colour if you're selling the car.

I have the same dilemma! I am having my standard 17" 'Raider' wheels stripped and powder coated next week and I have been offered a choice of lots of colours & finishes! I have a Nimbus RS197 and I am tempted to go for satin black or a dark anthracite/gunmetal grey... Standard silver looks great but I fancy a change!

black on nimbus looks awesome mate. if ure selling the car go for standard though.

The wheel specialist in Brum. £253 to drop the car off at 07:00 and collect it at 16:00.

Theres not a mark on them, just discoloured but I bet I don't get anything knocked off.

Got them done today, finished and fitted back on the car by 3. Have to say they did a good job on them; flawless in fact. They also tried to convince me black would look the best on red but they understood why I went for silver if selling.

It was Roy, standard colours are £253 for a drop off (car), strip, refurb, refit & balance. They let me have the special silver for the same price as they didn't have to do much to my alloys. One thing though, they couldn't get the locking nut off one wheel so they used a pretty smart tool to smash into the bolt and impact drive it out. Quite impressive.
