So looking for some advice on stud length

atm the have oem 197 wheels with 20mm spacers all around so i have 90mm studs i believe

but i'm going to be buying a set of 17x7.5 et50 rota ss10's and run no spacers so i'm guessing the 90mm studs will be way to long

being looking on pms and they have 3 different length

68mm
75mm
83mm

what would be the recommended size as don't want them sticking out like spikes

Tia

We have got a PMS stud and nut set on the Clio.

We have got the longest set so that on the road wheels we can run 20mm spacers.

When the track wheels are on the car the studs do stick out a bit. The track wheels are ET40 (or ET42).

As above

Fronts need to be 8mm approx longer than rear, so I’d go 68mm rear 75mm front. This should give you the same threads showing with the nuts on.

I went with 75mm and 68mm total length (55mm and 48 thread length) for ET55 OZ wheels
oh really i never knew that it was meant to be different sizes Front and rear

so do you think 75mm front & 68mm rear will be spot on for my et50 wheels ?

The front studs need to be longer as they sit in the hub behind the disc, the rears sit in the disc. I’d say you’ll be fine with 75mm and 68mm

Sorry to jump in on this but have a question or two.

If I was to run 20mm spacers on 7.5" Cup Racer Speedlines what size of stud & nut kit would I need ?

Fronts = 83mm
Rears = 75mm

If I was not to run any spacers would it just be a case of

Fronts = 75mm
Rears = 68mm

Just been looking on supreme motorsport ( @R27WTF ) and seen these.

If I was to run 20mm spacers would I just buy the 82mm for the front and back or would I need the following ?

Front = 90mm
Rear = 82mm

Hoping @R27WTF could help me out here.
