Throaty Noise coming on acceleration

I have a throaty noise coming when I'm on throttle, very similar too a sligh blowing exhaust but yet there's not evidence of my exhaust blowing. I have the standard exhaust nothings been changed or messed with. Just wondering if anybody can shine any lights on this.. Does the standard exhaust have a slight deep noise when on hard throttle? It's a 200.

*Just to add when I'm lieing listening underneath the car it sounds like it's coming from the front when revving..

Sounds like it could be the the dreaded manifold flexis. How far to the front would you sat the sound is?

I've only had the car 3 months so excuse my no existent knowledge! Are they prone to going are they? I'd say just after the engine

I had this issue. Luckily it was a simple fix as the air filter box lid wasn't on correctly.

Does like sound the flexi's. They are becoming more and more of a common issue and it's an expensive fix if it is.
