Throttle Body Sizes & Upgrade Difference?

Has anyone done the throttle body upgrade as I can see that you can buy a bored out version only by around 4mm?

A- Is it worth doing over the standard one?
B- Will it make any difference when the car is re mapped along with other goodies fitted?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
