Does anybody do uprated synchros for these gearboxes?

TB Rich Paid Member Sep 22, 2015 #5 Just frozen, you can't shot peen synchros(baulk rings)- you'll damage the fine surfacing on the inside which is used to both brake against the cone and also to clear the oil out via the gallerys on the inside of the ring.
