How will I remove these vents above the wheels? Is it just an arch liner off job?

Because I have bought a Gordini and want to spray them black.

I'm guessing/hoping it's accessible via the arch liner.
 
I would have thought arch liner as they are loose anyway. I can move mine back and forward by about 10mm, so whatever they're fixed in to can't be that great! Lol!
