I have looked at loads of Clios before settling on the one we bought, both 182s and 197s. I did not see a single car out of around 20 odd that did not have a blistered steering wheel, I just accepted that it was a known problem! Had a Ford Mondeo that I put 90k miles on, no wear on the steering...

Its quite interesting that they seem to be scarce enough that the uninitiated don't seem to realise its a standard car. Can't wait to get ours back out of the garage so I can give it a proper seeing to! Wife's car, just bought it, in to get some niggles sorted, but with my 2 weeks off at Xmas...

I'm a noob on here but I Have tried a search of the forum but when I search "replacement key" it brings me up discussions about paint and all kinds of other stuff nothing to do with keys! Just bought a 197 and need a replacement key, some on ebay for £30ish, can anyone point me in the direction...

No recaros, unfortunately, and seats looked fine on the video the dealer emailed me. There is only 1 key as the other has been lost at some point :thumbdown: Will check the top of the engine, thanks for that heads up! The D3 needs a lot of revs as well as it suffers from big turbo lag, but...
