Are the cup race cars fitted with different windows to normal 197 ones? Thinner glass than the standard ones so lighter? if so anyone know the weight savings of them?

Car is very very very sluggish (197)when you start it to the extent it will nearly not pull when you start driving ( not the kangarooing) it's a little like its not running on all cylinders, but once it's warm, no problem but when cold it's very bad?
