197 Dashboard Removal Help!

Hi all,

I was hoping to be able to take my dash top off in my 197 at the weekend, to hide some crossovers & Bluetooth stuff under. Does anyone know where to start removing it from or have any instructions?

Clock surround bit? Just give it a good tug upwards. Best bet for fitting stuff though is to start by removing the glovebox.
