Air Condition Fuse 197

I'm trying to locate my A/C fuse as i'm fairly certain the system isn't working, i've read alot of posts and they say about hearing a solenoid activate when you press the button but mine doesn't make a noise or lose revs.

there is a fuse under the steering wheel with a picture of a fan on it (one at the top (5A)) but it doesn't have fuse in it, could this be the issue?

Probably low on refrigerant. It's unlikely to be fuse related IMO.

Best to get it to an A/C specialist so they can diagnose it.
