Anyone retro fit electric folding mirrors?

Kinda wanna do this as it would make putting the car in the garage a whole heap easier, anyone done it?
Really hoping I "find" a set in a scrap yard tbh

been told by renault expert on renaultsport forum, its a no go due to the wiring missing but thats not to say it cant be done.

Bah, will just have to do a separate live for one, suspected it would be a pain.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but has anybody done this since the last post in Sept '09?

It's something I'm thinking of doing but I don't want to fork out for parts if it's a no go.

RalphyBMW had a go iirc and couldn't do it. Needs wiring in somehow.

At the very least you need door looms, plus the plug to the switch it totally different. Also don't forget it isn't just getting a live to the switch but also getting it across to the other door and completely rewiring the switch.
