Cambelt change this week?!

Hello,
I am gettig my cambelt aux belts and pulleys and water pump changed this week was just wondering do you need to run it in once its been done as taking it abit steady of anything for a few hundred miles?
I have never had one done on a car i have owned always got rid before they needed doing!
