Can anyone ID this piston/conrod?

I've recently inherited some obscure engine parts and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the origins of this piston and conrod. My guesses are either a high spec bike (quite possibly BSB) or F1, though I suspect former is more likely. Also found with Ti valves and an inlet trumpet which may or may not be related.

Yep! I've got a cupped Rb197.
