Cup Spoiler: unpainted?

I'm seriously considering the cup spoiler.

But I like the one in this picture? Is this one painted black, or is it unpainted?

They come in grey primer from what I have heard so will definitely need painting.

Shouldnt cost much to drop into into a local bodyshop and get them to spray it gloss black though mate

they dont even come primed mate they come bare plastic resin filled with foam lol

So yes, it does come in grey primer as mentioned above.

Then, after spraying, it looked like this:
