Door clunking? Anybody know how to fix it

Door clicks and clunks at a certain point neally half way , I've tried greasing it still no joy , previous owner must of worked in a car park lol any body know how to fix this ?

A really strong wind caught our passenger door the other day and it flew right open, ever since then you really have to slam it as it won't shut properly. (almost as if the force bent the hinges when it flew open).

Haven't had a proper look yet but be in interested to know how to tweak it also..
