Federal rsr different prices

I'm not sure, but it looks like it's possibly a different Age of Tyre by the same name, they might have changed the compound slightly for whatever reason. Slightly different levels of road noise generated possibly support this, the louder, more expensive tyre may have a stickier compound causing more noise or some rubbish like that.

That is however all be guesswork
 
Depends if you'd prefer 72 or 70 db from them haha! I would take a guess that the lower db rating means they are newer. Maybe.
 
Could be worth a phonecall to MyTyres and see if they can explain the difference? I'm considering a set for summer but may just get NS-2R's again.
 
Did you ever find out an answer on this? Looking at getting some myself and want to know if there's any actual difference
