Found this rolling on the floor.. what is it?

First though that it was another clip that holds the mats in place... but can see anywhere for it to go

anyone have any ideas? had a poke around and cant see anywhere obvious where it would seem to have come from.

Looks like the clips under the seat that hold carpet down

yep its a clip that holds the mats in place,generally they are only on the drivers side

They look like an aftermarket one though so could be off the passenger side.

The original renault ones are domed, they look like the type that the top twists to hold them (mats) down.
