I read about these when they first came out. All of the other FXX are kept at Ferrari/Modena. It was written into the contract of the owners, as the cars are not road legal. Ferrari also said that any cars sold on from the owner who had bought there's off ferrari would not be part of the FXX program. I think Michael Schmacher has one too.
