Big difference in height yeah. 
I'm using them with Cup Dampers and it's stiff (what was wanted), but a very good setup. Loads of photos in the huge "The Definitive What Suspension Do You Have Thread" as well as photos and reviews of other setups. There's some more info' and photos in my thread in the Projects section too.

I'd copy and paste the links in for you but I'm on Tapatalk at the moment and not sure how to do it on this. Some people have moaned about the H&Rs being too hard or crashy but it's all down to personal opinion really. I think they're fine and it's a good setup with the Cup Dampers, I don't find it crashy or twitchy or anything and 99% of my road driving is on B-Roads.
