Handbrake lever!!

Sure this has been asked before, but I can't find a post, how on earth does the handbrake lever come off on my r27??
Tried just pulling it, but no luck!
Looking to get it covered and hopefully a gaiter fitted.

You'll probably have to remove the surround first. It's pretty simple to do. You will need to remove the gearknob (just pull it very hard!) then the fabric surround just pulls off. You will be able to see most of the screws then. There is a guide in the 'How to:' section you can access if you become a paid member.
