Harnesses for the Recaro's...

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone could help me with this.....i've got a track session booked soon round silverstone soon, also headin to 'The Ring' in august, and fancied gettin some harnesses for it.....problem is, i havent the first idea of what im looking at as never had any before! I dont want them fitted permanently as i think they would wind me up using them day to day, i've seen you can get some that arent permanent but i dont really understand how they work....?

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? and if you have any reccomendations....

ive put sabelt 3 point harnesses in my R27

got them from demon tweeks http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=ROAD&pcode=SAB901002NP

basically take one side of the rear seat out behind the driver and mount the harness using the existing hole which secures the belt clips in place

the other mounting points are the slider which guides the seatbelt just in-side the door and the last one is on the tunnel/handbrake side you have to remove the seat and bolt it to where the belt buckle connects to the subframe of the seat

Will definately look into doing this.....do u find it a lot better having the harnesses?

only on track mate ive had mine in for about 3 weeks and ive had enough already, on track there awesome, off not so much
