Help with right side low beam bulb change

I have broken bulb in low beam. I managed to get that rubber cover off, but connector and bulb itself is pretty impossible to change. What i should take off from car that i can have enough space to replace bulb? Air con pipes and some other stuff are just in the way.
I have normal reflector lights, is H7 bulb what i should buy to replace?

All sorted now, washer bottle neck removed and access was easy.
New H7 from local part shop and all fine now. Do you have seen these in action, what do you think for high beams .. good upgrade?
