Led tail lights help

I want to ask someone who has placed led tail lights in his car. like these

The fog lights are activated both right and left ?

Only in the one side as the other isnt connected. (standard tail lights) you can fit a single cable from the one plug to the other to get it to work, basically look at the plug with the fog light that doesnt work, where the individual cables go into the plug you can see one missing and in its place is a green nipple, now look at the same position on the other plug and thats your fog light feed.
