Looking for a 197 Cup

Hi,

Figured as i'm looking to buy a 197 a good place for help & advice before taking the plunge would be this forum.

check service history, should have bad belts changed by now. check the exhaust for joints, will tell you if its had an aftermarket exhaust. A cup is very basic inside and if i could choose again id go for a full fat.
if you spot one you like check on here, someone may know something about the history [emoji106]

I could only see this on pistonheads, unless I'm searching wrong?

Saw this on Autotrader at £5,550, I'm pretty sure it's not a cup though no red calipers?

Considering when you could get this for the same money, I'd look for an R27. At least you get Recaro's then.

this is the one. That LY R27 is nice but i wouldn't buy it with that mileage on it.

Thanks for the advise and links

There is definitely a good choice about, I saw that Blue one on Ebay, only thing that put me off was that the current own has only had it a few months........

Definitely want one with the Recaro's so maybe a R27 is in order, as has the Cup chassis & Recaro's but also all the toys, i'm in no rush
