Megane 225 into 197

hi there , been a few years since I’ve been on here, I’m looking for some advice/ help . I have come across a tidy 2008 197 with a u/s engine for £400, and I know where there is an mot failure 2006 225 Megane, so I’m planning putting the engine in the clio, it’s obviously been done lots before but I’m just looking for some info on wiring/ immobiliser etc, the mechanical is no problem, any help appreciated,

You send the clio and megane ecus to RS Tuning, ktec etc and have the immobiliser swapped from the clio ecu to the megane ecu. You can buy ready-madewiring looms from ktec or get the wiring diagrams from both and modify the megane loom.

I've done the conversion myself and it depends on whether it's a ph1 or 2 for the wiring.

There is a a guide in the how to section but the wiring isn't accurate. basically you need to retain the fan relay, which is removed in the diagram's in the how to guide.
