Lol. It's been 4 years since I looked behind one. Once you put it on it stays on.

No. It comes apart with a screw, then you reattach it together with the steering wheel in-between. Its very simple. Would look nice to suit the red theme though, you could either spray it red or get some renaultsport stickers and spray them red.
