Scratch advice

Wouldn't mind people's opinion. A neighbour ran a ladder into my fathers car today. Owned up straight away and left his details, but do you think is this a polish out job or a respray? (it's on the bonnet).



Also can anyone recommend me someone in the Leamington area for either a polish or respray.

Mate don't think that's gonna polish out I got cup keyed by some A hole and they didn't polish out

From the pic I would say that won't polish out.

How deep is it?

Worth a try with some polish first, or get the neighbour to pay for a detailer or smart repair guy to check it out.

If all else fails, get it sprayed. Fair play to them for owning up though.

Rule of the thumb is, if you can feel it with your finger nail then its to deep to polish out.

Polishing it will go a hell of a long way to helping on that I would expect. Maybe not the deepest scratches but the majority.
