Slam panel warning decal part numbers if possible

hi guys my car has recently been in a crash all is ok and being repaired however the body shop are having issues trying to get both of the warning decals
that sit on the slam panel can anyone shed some light on this on any part numbers that would be great thanks terry

thanks for this guys sorry for the late reply its been a nightmare getting my car sorted i gave them the numbers and i now have the stickers back
