Squeaky eccelarator

My eccelarator pedal has developed a really annoying squeaky when depressed I spray the pivot part with Teflon spray but it's made no difference any ideas?

Have the same problem but with the clutch pedal!

Clutch pedal can be down to the fluid used. I had issues running type 200. Swapped for Motel RBF600 and it went away, quite a common report.

Can't help with the accelerator pedal though, work removing and having a look a the moving parts.
