Just thought I'd start a thread as to why people 'think' or rather 'know'
Why the Renaultsport cars loose so much money, and so quickly?
They're regarded as the best handling hot hatch, good looking; and that goes for every model from as far as the williams, and the options that are available on them.
You can pick a 2007 197 up for as little as 4.5K
Where as the equivalent mileage 2007 corsa Vxr
Is 7-8K.
You can already pick a 200 up for just under 9K!
The reliability can't be questioned between them, as the vxr's m32 gearbox is highly known for failing.
Even comparing to a Civic type R, they're 2003-2004 with higher mileage for the price of a 197 for example.
Is it the tuning potential?
Just interested as to what people think.
